Our proprietary blend of 19 mountain herbs is here not only to offer a spicy after taste. It also physically makes your body and mind euphoric thanks to the plant alkaloids we subtract and combine.

This naturally sparkling fermented product comes guilt free. After fermentation, we gently remove the alcohol at low temperature under vacuum, to give you a product rich in vitamins, enzymes and minerals and free of alcohol.

OUR HOW
We play with fermentation and allow nature to do it's thing. Locally sourced, we use grapes from our own vineyards in the Thracian valley, apples come from the gardens of North Macedonia and the herbs we use are all harvested in the nearby high slopes of Rila Mountain.

The short answer is PINAR is naturally sparkling wine.
It is a mix of Pinot Chardonnay, apple wine from Belle fleur apples and a proprietary blend of 19 herbs.
Thanks to the mix of fruit and herbs, it offers a very versatile taste. Depending on your mood it may remind you of a prosecco or a bitter cider or sometimes even beer. It is purposefully very low in acidity and low in sugar so it will combine well with almost any type of food.
Keep in mind that this is a playful product - thanks to the mix of herbs, it contains natural alkaloids that have actual physical effect on your mind and body. You may feel more relaxed and euphoric without any of the side effects that come with wine or alcohol beverages.
So you can enjoy it guilt free.
PINAR is alcohol-freed.
After fermentation we remove the alcohol under vacuum to offer a 0.0% alcohol product.
So it will not affect your driving skills.
That said - if you still have not learned to drive, our products can't teach you.
This is a pregnancy-friendly product.
